Jack & Harlow is an elite gentleman's barbershop that provides a retreat for today's progressive gentlemen to kick back, relax, and enjoy the World Class art of grooming in a pleasant social ambiance.

Our founders grew up in the Rideau-Rockliffe Ward and went to Vancouver, New York, and Los Angeles to hone their craft. Upon their return, they were struck by the lack of modern and premium barber shop offerings, so they took action. Jack & Harlow's was founded to meet the need for high-quality, classic men's grooming in Ottawa.
